Leadership Ascent: Combining Rock Climbing and Leadership Development

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our newest service offering, Leadership Ascent! As you know, we're passionate about leadership development and the transformative power of rock climbing. And now, with Leadership Ascent, we're bringing these two passions together to create a truly unique leadership development experience.

Rock climbing and leadership development have many synergies, from cultivating a growth mindset and taking calculated risks to pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone. As a seasoned climber and leadership coach, I have seen firsthand how the lessons learned on the rock directly translate to business success. And now, I'm excited to share this experience with you and your team.

At WildVenture, we're dedicated to creating inclusive experiences that cater to all skill levels. We know that not everyone has experience with rock climbing, but that shouldn't stop you from experiencing the transformative power of this sport. That's why we've designed Leadership Ascent to include a variety of roles, so everyone can participate and benefit from the experience. And don't worry - we'll provide all the gear you need.

Our program is fully customizable to address your unique leadership development needs. We work with up-and-coming leaders, as well as established C-suite members and their extended leadership teams. Our experienced climbing instructors and outdoor guides will work with small groups of participants to ensure a personalized and impactful experience.

One of the most unique aspects of Leadership Ascent is our integration of executive coaching into the program. We believe that true leadership development requires not just experiential learning, but also reflection and coaching to help participants integrate their learnings into their professional lives.

I'm excited to introduce WildVenture as my new business arm that provides experiential leadership development in the outdoors. Our goal is to create a memorable off-site experience or leadership workshop that will catalyze your transformation as a leader.
