Hi. I’m Martina.

I am a Leadership and Executive Coach and an avid rock climber.
As a former scientist, I’m passionate about integrating scientifically proven techniques with holistic approaches to help you become the best version of yourself.
My coaching philosophy focuses on developing highly conscious leaders that exude confidence and work from a state of flow. I love working with professionals who are ready to step into their full potential and turn their vision into reality.
I am also a Core Guide at Chief, a private network designed for the most powerful women, where I support female executives.
I spent 15 years as a molecular biologist in the scientific industry and acted as researcher, mentor and Chief Operating Officer before starting my own coaching business.
Still curious who I am?
I'm a mom of two rambunctious and affectionate boys. Rock climbing plays a big role in our family. For us, it is more than staying fit and having fun. It is a lifestyle, a way to connect with the outdoors, explore, and spend quality time with family and friends.
Feeling grounded is key for me as an entrepreneur, mom, and rock climber. I find my calm through journaling, meditation, and the outdoors.
My credentials include a Master’s degree in Genetics & Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, an ICF Certified Executive Coach (PCC) and an ELI-MP (ELI Master Practitioner).

It all started when…

I realized that my research would not make an immediate impact on someone’s health and life. I became a scientist because I wanted to help people and make a difference.

I was successful, got the jobs I wanted, made good money, but still was not satisfied.
